Ray's Diamond Designs ("we," "us," "our") is a small business based in Seminole, Florida, offering custom 3D-printed baseball and softball figures and keychains. By placing an order through raysdiamonddesigns.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
Orders are placed through our online order form. You are responsible for the accuracy of names, numbers, colors, and other personalization details you submit — we print exactly what is entered on the order form. Please double-check spelling and jersey numbers before submitting.
Current pricing is listed on the Site and may change at any time without notice; the price shown at the time you place your order is the price that applies to that order. Full payment is required before production begins. We accept payment by credit/debit card (via Square), Zelle, or Cash App.
Typical turnaround is 7–10 days from receipt of full payment, but this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Turnaround may vary based on order volume, material availability, and order size. We'll text or email you when your order is ready.
Orders are available for pickup in Seminole, FL. Local delivery within Pinellas County is offered for qualifying orders as noted on the Site. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information or delivery addresses provided by the customer.
Because each figure is custom-made to order, [insert your actual policy — e.g., "orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun" or "cancellations accepted within 24 hours of payment"]. The figure designs, logo, and Site content are the property of Ray's Diamond Designs. Team names, league names, and player names submitted for personalization remain the property of their respective owners; we print them solely at your request for personal, non-commercial use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ray's Diamond Designs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or the Site. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
